If we discover an error after your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled as a result of the error, your credit card will be refunded the full amount of your order. Delivery Information

Orders are shipped via Registered Air Parcel of Registerd Courier Service within 7-14 business days. Most orders arrive within 10 business days if by Registered Courier Service or within 21-30 business days, via Registerd Air Parcel.

Shipping Information

We do not deliver to a P.O. Box address. Please indicate a proper shipping address and phone number. We are not responsible for a wrong address so please carefully check the name, address and zip code of the receipent. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees if such charges are billed to us.

Registered Air Parcel and Registered Courier Service require a signature for all deliveries and will not leave a package without one. Shipments will be delivered to the address provided and need to be signed.

Back Orders

A back order is any item that becomes temporarily out of stock. This item will ship as it is available. If it does not become available to ship within 30 days you will be updated and have an option to cancel your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If You cnacel your order before it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 20% (subject to a minimum of US$6.00) cancellation fee before credit is issued. Please take note that cancellation of order is disallowed after it has been shipped. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees if such charges are billed to us.
